Heathcote II is about a 2 hour drive from Melbourne located 130km North of Melbourne city and 75km South of Echuca. After reaching the Cornella-Toolleen Road, drive for 2.9 kms and the entrance is on your right.
Bob Downing purchased 24ha of undulating land in 1994, and has established a dry-grown vineyard planted to shiraz (7.2ha), cabernet sauvignon (2.4ha) and merlot (0.4ha)
Heathcote Winery’s Cellar Door is located in the main street of Heathcote. The Cellar Door and adjacent Art Gallery are housed in a restored miners produce store built by Thomas Craven in 1854 to cater for the influx of gold miners seeking fortune.

Sanguine Estate vineyard and winery established in 1997 is located approximately 5km along the Northern Highway from the turn off to Echuca North of Heathcote.
Phil Meehan and his wife Jude opened their cellar door at the Meehan Vineyard in 2011. It is on the McIvor Highway, just past the intersection with the Northern Highway.
